We run the ads. Homeowners who want a resurfacing quote fill out a short form and verify their phone. The lead goes to you, and only you, within seconds. You buy prepaid packs of 10. No contracts, no shared leads, no weekly calls.
Our ads run on Facebook and Instagram under our own homeowner brand, targeted only to the ZIP codes in your territory. You never touch an ad account.
A short quote form asks about the home, the pool and the timeline. They confirm their number with a text code before the form will submit.
You get it by email within seconds, with their answers. The homeowner can get a text saying a local pro will call.
Your 10 leads arrive at about 2–3 a week, not all in week one. When the pack is done, you choose whether to buy the next one.
You never pay for clicks or for leads you don't get. You pay for qualified homeowners, delivered.
Sold to you alone. Bought in prepaid packs of 10 ($2,000).
Locks your ZIP codes. No other resurfacing company gets leads there while you hold it.
Optional. If your pack fills early, keep receiving up to 5 more at the same price.
Drag the sliders to match your business. Everything is calculated on this page.
Includes the $200 lead price and the $500 territory fee. These are estimates from your own inputs, not a promise of results; how many you close depends on how fast and how well you follow up.
A territory is a set of ZIP codes. Founding buyers can shape theirs around the ZIPs they actually serve.
Each territory is priced on its own, with a small discount on the fees when you hold several. Leads stay $200.
Each territory comes with a minimum of about 8–10 leads a month. If it sits under the minimum for two months in a row, it reopens.
Start with one or two territories. Once you're handling the leads well, you get first right of refusal on the ones next door.
Ads only run in territories that have a buyer, so every lead you get is inside your ZIP codes.
You're buying real homeowners asking for a resurfacing quote. You're not buying a guaranteed job. Here's exactly where the line is.
Flag a lead within 72 hours with the reason. Approved claims get a replacement lead added to your pack. Credits replace leads; they aren't refunded as cash.
The homeowner enters a code we text them. If the number doesn't work, the form doesn't submit.
We keep the time, the answers and the homeowner's consent for every lead, so any question about a lead can be settled with the record.
About two weeks after a lead, we text the homeowner to ask how it went. It tells us which leads turned into jobs, and it keeps the credit process honest.
Packs aren't tied to the calendar. If a month delivers 7, the other 3 come first next month, and your next territory fee waits until your pack is caught up. Leads still undelivered after 60 days, or when you cancel, are refunded at $200 each.
No. Each lead goes to one company. That's the point of the territory.
You save a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged. After your free lead you have 72 hours to tell us to stop. If you don't, a 5-lead starter pack ($1,000) begins. Stop before then and you owe nothing.
No long-term contract. You prepay a pack of 10 and decide on the next one when it's done. Cancel anytime, and any undelivered leads are refunded.
No. We guarantee the lead meets the standard above. Closing it is your sales process, and the companies that call within the first few minutes close the most.
No. Everything runs from our accounts under our own homeowner brand. You don't manage anything and there are no weekly calls.
Yes. Turn on overage for up to 5 more per pack, or hold more than one territory.
Founding-buyer pricing goes to the first company in each territory. Reply "yes" to the email we sent you. Your first lead from your ZIP codes is free, so you see the quality before you pay anything.
